What did I buy?: Empire Builder is your own empire, on your own page. It comes with a Personal Assistant, your first business, offices and a map of the whole thing. You paid once. Nothing renews and there is nothing further to pay.
How do I start?: Open your link and put in your email. Your empire is built while you wait. Give your Personal Assistant a name, and then start asking for things.
Do I need a ChatGPT account?: Yes, and a free one is enough. When you ask somebody in your empire for something, the job opens in your own ChatGPT account. That is what keeps your empire a one-time payment instead of a monthly bill. Opening an account is free.
I only have the free ChatGPT. Is that enough?: Yes. A free account works with everybody in your empire. A paid account lets you do more in a day, and nothing here needs one.
Where has my empire gone? I closed the page.: Open it again from the link in the email we sent you when you joined. That link is the way back in, so keep the email. Nothing you wrote is lost.
Can I do this on my phone?: Yes. Everything works on a phone.
Can anybody else see what I write?: The private pages in your empire are marked as private. Nobody in your empire can see them. There is nobody there to see them — every person in your empire is a name and a face this product made. The people who run Empire Builder can reach what is stored on our machines, and the privacy notice says so plainly.
Something is wrong and I need a person.: Write to support@empirebuilder.cloud and we will come back to you within one business day. Tell us what happened and what you were doing when it happened.
