Getting started
- What did I get for my purchase?
- A complete, working empire — not a course, not a template. You own an Owner’s Office with your name on it, your Personal Assistant, a Chief of Staff, and a starting set of departments and companies, all staffed from day one and yours to rename and reshape. One-time — no subscription.
- I paid — am I already in?
- Yes. Paying logged you in. You’re looking at your Empire Map — the home screen of everything you own.
- How do I log in next time?
- Go to your empire’s web address and sign in with the same email and password you bought with. Same on a phone — open your browser first, then go to the address.
- What’s the first thing I should do?
- Name your Personal Assistant, and look around by opening a few blocks. Nothing can break — explore freely.
Using your assistant
- How do I use my Personal Assistant?
- Open your Personal Assistant and type your request in plain words — no special commands. It reads your empire to answer.
- Why won’t my assistant answer?
- Two checks: (1) your internet connection; (2) your assistant runs on an AI account you connect (your own Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini key) — if no account is connected, or the key is wrong, it can’t reply. Open Connect to add or fix your AI account. If both are fine, log out and back in.
- What are good things to ask?
- Try: “What would be a good next business to add?” or “Who should I lean on this week?” Ask anything in plain words.
Growing your empire
- How do I add a Business, Department, or Tasks & Teams tool?
- On your Empire Map, open an empty ghost slot or choose Add a block, then pick what you’re adding and name the person who runs it. A Business is $8; a Department inside a business is $4; a Tasks & Teams tool is $4.
- What’s the difference between a Company and a Side Department?
- Where it sits, not what it costs — both are $8 Businesses. A Company sits below your Chief of Staff (a business). A Side Department sits beside it (supports the whole empire, like Marketing or HR).
- Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
- No. Your purchase is one-time, and every add-on — a Business, a Department, or a Tasks & Teams tool — is one-time too. No subscription, no rent, no upgrade pressure.
Billing & your guarantee
- What if it’s not right for me?
- The Empire Builder End-to-End Guarantee — set it up, put it to work, and if it’s not right in the first 14 days, we’ll make it right. Email support@empirebuilder.cloud from your purchase email and we’ll sort it out. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. See the Guarantee & Your Consumer Rights page.
- I was charged wrong, twice, or my payment failed.
- Tell us what happened — email support@empirebuilder.cloud with your purchase email and what you saw. Billing issues go straight to a person.
When something looks wrong
- My empire looks blank or empty — did I lose it?
- Almost certainly not — usually a display hiccup. Don’t rebuild. Refresh; if still blank, log out and back in; if still blank, try another device. Your empire auto-saves to the cloud.
- I can’t log in / I forgot my password.
- Use Forgot password on the login screen — we email a reset link (check spam). Use the same email you bought with. Still locked out? Email support@empirebuilder.cloud.
- I think I’ve lost everything.
- You almost certainly haven’t — your empire lives in the cloud. Log in on any device with your purchase email and it comes back.
- My computer crashed / blue screen.
- That’s your computer, not your empire — it’s untouched in the cloud. Restart, open your empire, log in. You can also reach it from your phone.
Reach a person
- How do I reach a real person?
- Email support@empirebuilder.cloud — a real person reads every message. Include: the email you bought with, what went wrong, what you tried, and your device.
- I want to access or delete my data, or make a complaint.
- Email privacy@empirebuilder.cloud (or support@empirebuilder.cloud). Privacy requests and complaints go to a person on a priority basis.
